If you follow me on twitter or instagram then you know all about the fact that I LOVE my green smoothies and that I make one every single day. A lot of my friends have asked me to film a video or post on my blog about how I make my morning smoothies but since I’m always on auto pilot in the morning I tend to forget until it’s too late.
This time, however, I got my act together and remembered to photograph the steps for you 🙂
This recipe is enough to make about 24oz of smoothie and is enough to fill a tumbler like I have pictured above. I find that this is the perfect size for a breakfast smoothie as I feel full after drinking it.
