It’s Beauty Box 5 time!
This month Beauty Box 5 is helping all of us make moves and make room by throwing out all the makeup we never use while putting a stop to bad habits and focusing on everyone’s top beauty goal: clean, gorgeous skin.
This month my box included:
Jane’s Pick All Natural Soaps (Retail $8.00/5 oz): Get clean without all the chemicals! These all-natural soaps are infused with herbs and flowers and are handmade so each one has a unique pattern and relaxing scent. Bonus tip: You can use them in the shower as shaving cream. Just lather up and go to town!
Tree Hut Shea Body Butter (Retail $7.49/7oz): I am obsessed with this! The coconut lime scent is intoxicating and I love the way it leaves my skin feeling. My hands have been super dry lately so I’ve been keeping this in my office (where I seem to be spending the majority of my time these days) so I can use it whenever the need strikes. Tree Hut Shea Body Butter is extra thick, paraben free and deep conditions skin with cocoa and organic shea butter. It’s really amazing!
Bellapierre Cosmetics Makeup Base (Retail $18.99/0.29oz): This all in one product hides imperfections and serves as a concealer, illuminator, and eyeshadow primer. I personally like to use it underneath lipstick since it tones down my natural lip color and helps my lipstick appear true to color. Honestly it’s an okay eyeshadow base… I’ve used better.
H2O Plus Hand & Nail Cream (Retail $15.00/6oz): Another winner in the lotion department! Proven to soften even the roughest hands, this award-winning lotion is lightweight, non-greasy, and helps to restore skin with silk protein, Vitamin E, and marine botanicals. I just recently used up the lotion from my January Beauty Box 5 so this came at the perfect time. I carry it in my purse and love the way it makes my hands feel.
Swissco Dual-sided Facial Pad (Retail $2.00/One Size): Achieving softer skin and smaller pores is as easy as exfoliating a few times each week. Just add your favorite cleanser to this pad and gently buff it into your skin to kiss that lackluster skin goodbye! Personally I wasn’t the biggest fan of this because I’m a huge germaphobe so I constantly worry about bacteria and causing breakouts now that my skin has finally gone back to being blemish free. I also exfoliate regularly already so this cleansing pad isn’t something that I currently needed as part of my beauty routine.
Beauty Box 5 is a monthly subscription service and it can be purchased in a few different ways: You can pay $12 monthly, $30 quarterly, or $99 annually. No matter which option you choose you’ll still get your box full of 5 beauty goodies delivered to your door each month. This is my 6th box from Beauty Box 5 and each time the total value of the items has exceeded the $12 monthly cost. Score!
